A large amount of academic evidence suggests that the metallic nanoparticles at the core of our technology could be an effective shield against the growing pandemic COVID-19. We have early data showing that the fabric is virucidal for enveloped viruses and we are in the process of calibrating further.  Our SonoMask is available commercially including for scale-up. Other future objectives involve creating a full arsenal of protective equipment by partnering with strategic manufacturers across the globe, in hopes that we can implement effective, reusable, anti-viral utilities such as respirators and hazard suits.

The Science

Our ultrasound-based technology uses a process called cavitation to durably coat the individual textile fibers with our carefully engineered solutions.  This ensures our fabrics stay protective for longer and allows them to be reusable and washable.

The generation of sound waves of precise-frequency acting upon our dedicated factory system media creates cavitation bubbles of high pressure & temperature extremes, resulting in the genesis of our carefully calibrated nano-particles.  When the cavitation bubbles implode, jet-streams are created that force the nano-particles into the textile surfaces at very high speeds and densities for permanent fixation.
